Waypoint Counter Surveillance is pleased to announce it has expanded the services available to its customers to include Computer Forensics conducted by a Certified Computer Examiner with The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners.
The way with which we utilize computers to collect, store and share information has made both computers and networks increasingly common targets for obtaining information. With this in mind, the link between Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) services and computers and their networks becomes evident. Waypoint Counter Surveillance has recognized the importance of computer security and has provided its customers with the ability to better protect their private and confidential information.
Computer Forensic Services are highly specialized and as such are provided as a stand-alone service. Our customers have the flexibility to have these services performed as part of a counter surveillance / technical security program or as an individual security measure.

Equipment Resource - Digital Video Inspection Camera (Operational Update)
While the technical portion of any TSCM inspection is essential, the physical portion is equally if not more important and accounts for the vast majority of compromise discovered. Waypoint Counter Surveillance has expanded its equipment resources to include a digital video inspection camera. This camera allows for greater visual inspection and verification capability of areas that are difficult to access such as vents and air ducts, around furniture and cabinets as well as during vehicle inspections.

Travel Expense Policy (Company Information)
In keeping with our commitment to affordable cost-effective services, Waypoint Counter Surveillance has implemented a Travel Expense Policy. This systematic approach for coordinating travel assignments extends from booking air and ground-based transportation and accommodations to the proper packing and shipping of equipment resources and estimation of incidentals such as meals and fuel costs when necessary. The leveraging of negotiated rates and taking advantage of individual promotions and programs while providing customers with different options when possible ensures all costs are kept as low as possible while retaining quality of service.
All expenses are strictly controlled to eliminate unnecessary costs and represent only the essentials required for each travel assignment. Our clients are invoiced with the actual amounts for costs incurred, which are provided up-front requiring client approval in advance of any work performed with no additional charges or costs added once approval has been obtained, unless specifically requested by the client. For instances where an actual cost cannot be provided in advance, an estimate is calculated and only the minimum amount required is invoiced. Our Travel Expense Policy combined with our service price structure enables us to continue to provide effective, reliable and affordable Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspection and consulting services for assignments where travel is required.

By increasing our geographical area of operation, we provide customers throughout the country with the ability to take advantage of our specialized TSCM inspection and consulting services. Our low service pricing allows us to remain highly affordable for both sub-contractor and end user clients located outside of Southern Ontario.
